Be a C&M hero this winter, and be a designated driver!

It’s the time of year when seasonal depressive disorder can affect millions of people in the UK. Paired with shorter and darker days and the impending ‘festive’ season, it’s more important than ever to look after ourselves and our mental health.

When we’re battling with things others don’t know about it can be easy to try and self-sooth with alcohol or drugs, but the people you love want to see you make it home safely every day, and the friends you haven’t met yet look forward to seeing you at that meet you’ve always been meaning to go to.

December is “Designated Driver” month in collaboration with Estrella. For the past six years Caffeine&Machine has worked closely with first responders and the local community, as well as stocking up on your favourite low and zero alcohol drinks, to help make the roads even safer for everyone

*On Wednesday evenings from 5pm and every Saturday & Sunday from 10am until 5pm.
