The origins of ‘I Love You, Man’ lie in C&M’s beginnings in Dubai. What we found, as this big, wide community emerged from the woodwork and gathered together to celebrate the Cult of Machine, was that lots of us shared the same issues, the same struggles, no matter what background we’d come from. What we also found was a reluctance, for whatever reason, to open up about these struggles. Clearly, this needed to change.
‘I Love You, Man’ grew out of this need. Each month, we invite a guest along for an unfiltered, unrecorded chat about their struggles in life, how they cope with them, and how they’re feeling. We’ve been joined by everyone from automotive content creators to sports stars, and what we hope it sparks is more open, honest conversation around feelings and emotions, across the automotive scene and beyond. Since launching ‘I Love You, Man’ in mid-2020, we’ve raised thousands of pounds for various charities, and we can’t wait to see where we take it next.
